The Senior Financial Analyst willplay a critical role in supporting Diligent’ s financial planning and analysis efforts across assigned regions or business areas. The Senior Financial Analyst leads budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financialmodelingactivities, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidatedemonstratesadvanced analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven insights.
Analyze,consolidate, and interpret complex financial and operational data toidentifytrends, variances, and actionable business insights

~ Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly management reporting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial statements

~ Prepare and present financial materials for leadership and Board meetings, providing analysis and recommendations

~ Partner with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Sales Operations, HR, Product, etc.) to support financial planning,



process improvements, and strategic initiatives

~ Perform advanced ad-hoc financial analyses to guide key operational and strategic decisions

~ Identifyopportunities to improve financial systems, tools, and processes for enhanced efficiency and data accuracy

~ Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing

5+ years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or FP&A;

~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CPA, CFA) a plus

~ Strong financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets andprovideactionable insights

~ Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros, etc.) and familiarity with financial systems or BI tools
