which will be acceptable to the regulatory authorities, the operators and the manufacturers. The main idea behind this concept is to recognize the inherent reliability of aircraft systems and components, avoid unnecessary maintenance tasks and achieve increased efficiency. *YOUR CHALLENGES* The basic goal of MSG-3 is to identify maintenance tasks which are both effective and efficient in enabling a new aircraft to be designed and operated in a manner which achieves a satisfactory level of safety and reliability throughout its life. The process is applied for the following four sections: • Systems and Powerplant (including components and APUs) • Aircraft Structures • Zonal Inspections • Lightning/High Intensity Radio Frequency (L/HIRF). *SKILLS* • Aeronautical engineer (other engineer types could also be eligible depending on the background and experience) • Experience in MSG-3, LSA or maintena
