Position Overview:
We areseekinga Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing programs that drive customer engagement, support regional business priorities, and strengthen market presence. This roleis responsible for managing field marketing initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring activities align with target audience needs and broader organizational goals. The position requires strong project management skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to translate market opportunities into effective and measurable programs. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional field marketing programs and campaignsthat support pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Partner closely withSales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Eventsteams to align programs with target accounts, market priorities, and go-to-market goals.




- Manageend-to-end delivery of field activitiessuch as webinars, events, executive programs, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Owncampaignlogistics, timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder coordinationto ensure smooth and effective execution.
- Trackandanalyseprogram performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Identifyopportunities tooptimizefield marketing plans, processes, and tacticsbased on performance data, sales feedback, and market insights.

Required Experience/Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign execution, ideally in a B2B environment.
