HR & BACK OFFICE MANAGER

Grupo Restaurantes FERA | Palma & Puerto Portals, Mallorca

Grupo Restaurantes FERA is looking for a
hands-on, highly organised and solution-oriented HR & Back Office Manager
to join our team.

We are an entrepreneurial hospitality group operating
FERA Palma and YARA Puerto Portals
, with up to
90 employees during high season
.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 administrative role. You will work
directly with the owners
, take responsibility and help keep the people and organisation behind our restaurants running smoothly.

YOUR ROLE
- Coordinate day-to-day HR and employee administration
- Support recruitment, onboarding, contracts, holidays and absences
- Liaise with payroll, labour and external advisors
- Manage general back-office administration
- Support the owners with operational and administrative projects
- Identify problems and proactively find solutions
- Use
AI and digital tools
to improve workflows and efficiency





YOUR PROFILE
- 95% of all communication happens in Spanish both written and spoken
- English a plus
- Organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- AI-interested and digitally savvy
- Positive, practical and solution-oriented
- Independent, proactive and willing to take ownership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a
“get things done” attitude
- Versátil when the business requires it
