About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a flawless check-in/check-out process.

As Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide attentive service and address guest needs throughout their stay.
- Handle reception-related paperwork, booking systems, and guest records.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Front Office Manager.
- Answer calls and emails, provide information and assisting with guest requests.
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest payments, issue invoices, and handle billing inquiries.
