You will help business teams identify opportunities, design effective prompts, document use cases, prepare enablement materials and track adoption and impact, contributing to the safe, consistent and effective use of AI in day-to-day activities.

- Support AI discovery and adoption activities across WM&I; domains, including workshops, interviews, process mapping and use-case documentation.
- Design, test and refine prompts and practical AI usage examples for business teams, ensuring outputs are clear, reliable and aligned with applicable guidance.
- Document AI use cases, user journeys, process changes, adoption learnings, expected benefits and relevant control considerations.
