For our Carhartt WIP store in Palma de Mallorca , we are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for 20 hours a week.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
- Ensure optimum sales levels are met
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
- Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
- To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
- Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
- Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers
Your Profile
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
- Dedicated, team-oriented and versátil
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Fluent in Spanish, English is a plus.
