The IP Trainee will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the IP team, with an initial focus on invoice management and administrative processes. As the successful candidate gains experience, the role will progressively expand to include responsibility for trademark portfolio administration, the maintenance of the company's IP databases and review of non-complex commercial agreements. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in Intellectual Property within an innovative and international business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the IP team on a day-to-day basis.
- Process, review and track invoices from external IP agencies; law firms and IP service providers.
- Maintain accurate records of IP-related expenses and support budget tracking activities.
- Assume primary responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the Intas’ B2B trademark portfolio, ensuring timely execution of renewals, record updates and routine portfolio maintenance activities.




- Serve as a point of contact for routine communications with trademark agents, law firms and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the company's IP database, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and integrity of portfolio data.
- Review and process non-complex commercial agreements based on established templates and internal guidelines.

Relevant Professional / Educational Background
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Law, preferably in the final two years of study, with an interest in Intellectual Property, trademarks and commercial agreements.
- Preferably enrolled at a university in Barcelona area (eligible for an internship).
- Previous experience as IP trainee is not required but would be positively considered.
