About The Role
As ABB Robotics embarks on its journey as a standalone integral leader in automation,
we are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end payroll system implementation projects across multiple countries as well as local country discovery efforts for Payroll, Employee Life Cycle as well as Time and Attendance. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering payroll transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and successful transition to operations. The role requires strong project management expertise, payroll process knowledge, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role will functionally report to Global Payroll Transformation Lead who will act as an overarching Program Manager. Preferred candidates are from Europe, primarily Poland or Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization
- Lead local country discovery to support team in understanding current AS IS environment
