Essential Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a passenger car workshop.
Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting complex vehicle faults.
Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
Strong communication skills to explain technical procedures clearly and effectively.
Minimum B2 level of English to participate in meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
Swedish language proficiency at C2, bilingual, or equivalent level.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in technical support or remote assistance.
Vocational training in Automotive Technology, Electromechanics, or a related field.
Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles (EV/HEV).
Experience using an oscilloscope for advanced diagnostics.
Experience in CAN network diagnostics and automotive electronic systems.
