The Customer Data Steward supports Hexagon I&G;'s Customer Master Data (CCMD) programme by owning data quality & key business processes for a defined customer data domain. The candidate should have experience working within a general organisation serving multiple interconnected businesses across sales, marketing, finance, IT, and digitalisation.

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of escalation for customer data quality issues, working closely with the Customer Master Data Manager to trace issues back to source systems and processes. The successful candidate will help maintain data standards, support deduplication and matching rules, and report on data quality trends to drive continuous improvement across the business.

and consistency of customer records.
- Domain Ownership &Roadmap;: Take end-to-end ownership of the customer data domain, defining and managing a long-term roadmap for data quality and process change, and prioritising initiatives in line with wider CCMD programme goals.
- Escalation Management: Act as the first point of escalation for data quality issues and exceptions, coordinating resolution with business and IT stakeholders.
