What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit a member of staff for the European Projects team who will be
responsible for managing projects funded
by European R&D;&I; programmes, primarily HORIZON EUROPE, H2020, LIFE 2014–2020 and 2021–2027, EUROSTARS and INTERREG.

The successful candidate will provide support to coordinators and partners throughout the various phases of project implementation, ensuring sound administrative and financial management and compliance with the procedures established by the European programmes.

What will your mission be?





✏️Support for the coordinator and project partners during the negotiation phase.

✏️ Administrative and financial management of European R&D;&I; projects.

✏️ Monitoring and financial control of projects.

✏️ Preparation and coordination of official reports and documentation required by funding bodies.

✏️ Liaising with European funding agencies and bodies.

✏️ Management of procedures relating to the various funding programmes.

✏️ Preparation and submission of amendments during project implementation.

✏️ Management of projects and documentation via the
Funding & Tenders Portal (F&T;).

✏️ Monitoring compliance with the administrative, financial and contractual requirements of projects.

What sort of candidate are we looking for?

? A higher education degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably in Engineering, Science or related disciplines.

At least 3 years’ demonstrable expe
