As
Product Director for Professional Services
, you will own the vertical product vision, strategy, and roadmap, making Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid-market Professional Services Organizations (PSOs). You will lead a dedicated engineering capacity to build deep industry-specific capabilities within the platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Professional Services product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap aligned with commercial growth targets.
- Define feature outcomes, adoption, and usage goals, tracking performance post-launch.
- Serve as the internal authority, providing product, marketing, and sales teams with industry grounding.
- Translate deep market knowledge into prioritized product requirements and build-vs-partner decisions.




- Engage directly with strategic customers and the PS Industry Board to validate roadmap direction.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven product management experience building enterprise software (ERP, PSA, or SaaS) for PSOs.
- Deep operational knowledge of PSO workflows: resource management, project accounting, billing, and engagement profitability.
- Strong command of AI's impact on service delivery models and pricing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at the C-suite and practitioner levels.
- Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
