We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to take ownership of the Marketing function for Stannah in Spain.

This is a temporary contact to cover maternity leave.

This is a commercially focused role with significant autonomy, visibility and influence across the Spanish business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will shape the local marketing strategy and ensure that our marketing investment translates into measurable commercial outcomes.

The role brings together brand development, B2C demand generation, customer acquisition, CRM, digital development and performance management. You will work closely with the Spanish leadership team and with regional and global colleagues, combining local market insight with the capabilities of an established international business.

What you'll do
- Define and execute the annual marketing strategy for Spain in line with business objectives.
- Drive qualified B2C demand through an integrated mix of online and offline marketing activities.
- Optimise customer acquisition and conversion across the sales funnel.




- Define relevant KPIs and use data and insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead the marketing strategy and execution of new product launches in Spain, coordinating go-to-market activities across relevant channels and stakeholders.
- Protect and strengthen the Stannah brand in Spain, adapting integral strategies and communications to local market needs.
- Drive the development of CRM, digital marketing and customer lifecycle capabilities.
- Promote the effective use of Business Intelligence, marketing automation and AI to improve productivity, customer experience and decision-making.
- Take ownership of the annual marketing budget, ensuring investment is aligned with business priorities and expected returns.
- Select, manage and evaluate external agencies and strategic partners.
