Role Description
The OneStream Consultant will work on-site in Santander in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with finance and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and implement OneStream solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into robust OneStream designs, and building applications that support planning, consolidation, reporting, and other CPM processes. The consultant will develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports, perform system testing, manage data integrations, and ensure solutions meet performance and compliance standards. The role also involves providing user training, documentation, and ongoing support, as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and AIQOS Solution Exchange accelerators. The consultant will work as part of a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
