Temple Compute
is a deep-tech company founded by Barcelona Supercomputing Center ex-researchers. Our platform lets biotech teams, materials scientists, and AI researchers run complex simulation workflows without ever touching a cluster config file.

We need someone who speaks the language of the scientists buying our product as fluently as the language of the deal that gets them to sign.

The Role

? Be the internal reference in bioinformatics and HPC

Carry scientific and technical credibility that lets you speak peer-to-peer with computational biologists, lab directors, and HPC engineers.

? Turn scientific needs into product requirements

Translate what customers actually need into concrete requirements, prioritized workflows, and integrations the founders and engineers can build against.

? Lead the technical relationship with customers

Run discovery calls, demos, and complex pilots, turning technical trust into real adoption. You're in the room (or on the call) at every stage from first contact to signed contract and beyond.

? Build advocacy and community





Build relationships with bioinformaticians, computational scientists, labs, and other reference figures across the ecosystem, growing our presence and credibility in the community.

? Shape technical strategy alongside the founders

Help decide where to compete, which standards and ecosystems to support, and how to position Temple technically against alternatives.

What You Need
- A bioinformatics, computational biology, or related scientific computing background
- Comfort reading and reasoning about scientific workflows (pipelines, simulations, HPC/cloud jobs) without needing to build them yourself
- Real experience in a customer-facing role: sales, solutions engineering, customer success, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (Spanish/Catalan a plus, given our Barcelona base)
- Comfortable owning a number and being accountable for pipeline and revenue outcomes
