Main Responsibilities of the Position Holder
- Responding to inquiries from Flemish or local companies.
- Proactively gathering information that may be useful for Flemish companies.
- Preparing individual prospecting visits and business development trips.
- Supporting the preparation of policy and budget plans.
- Drafting market and sector studies.
- Participating in trade fairs and events with potential partners.
- Coordinating activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing CRM databases and following up on existing business contacts.
- Managing bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Performing translation work.
- Reporting to the Head of Post.
- Carrying out administrative tasks, including reception and telephone support, diary management, archiving, and handling mail.

Profile requirements
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree closely related to the core responsibilities of the position.
- Excellent command of
Spanish and Catalan,
and a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of the Spanish and Flemish economies.




- Basic knowledge of commonly used IT applications.
- Experience working in an international environment.
