Sessions is looking for a warm, polished and highly personable Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our team at our boutique indoor cycling studio in Salamanca, Madrid.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands what exceptional hospitality feels like. Our ideal candidate may come from boutique fitness, luxury hospitality, high-end hotel/concierge, premium retail or another customer-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome clients and create an exceptional experience from the moment they enter the studio

• Manage check-ins, reservations and client questions

• Assist with memberships, packages and sales

• Support instructors and daily studio operations

• Help maintain the presentation, energy and atmosphere of the studio

• Build genuine relationships with our community

• Handle client concerns with warmth, professionalism and good judgment

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Warm,



outgoing and confident with people

• Professional, reliable and highly organized

• Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable taking initiative

• Experienced in customer service or hospitality

• Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, evenings and weekends

• Available to work holidays when the studio is open

• Based in Madrid and available to start as soon as possible

• Interested in growing with the company and taking on greater responsibility over time

Experience in a boutique fitness studio, luxury hotel, concierge service or premium hospitality environment is highly valued.
