We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Back Office Specialist to join our team in Malaga (on-site) and work on an exciting project within the medical and healthcare industry.

What you will do in this role
- As a Dutch-speaking Back Office Specialist, you will:
- Provide back office and administrative support for a project within the medical and healthcare industry.
- Process and manage service-related requests accurately and efficiently.
- Review, validate, and update customer and case information in internal systems.
- Handle written communications and documentation related to operational requests when required.
- Ensure all information is correctly recorded and maintained in the relevant CRM and internal systems.
- Follow established processes, procedures, and quality guidelines.




- Coordinate with internal departments and specialized teams when additional information or support is required.
- Monitor pending cases and follow up to ensure requests are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify inconsistencies, recurring issues, or process-related challenges and escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail, particularly when handling information related to the medical industry.
- Meet agreed quality standards, productivity targets, service levels, and deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative international working environment.
