Verification Team Lead

? Your Role

As Verification Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Verification Engineers.
- Drive verification strategy and execution for complex SoC designs.
- Define verification plans and ensure high-quality verification closure.
- Collaborate closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Validation teams.
- Review verification environments, methodologies, and coverage metrics.
- Support technical decision-making while fostering team growth.

✅ What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading verification teams.




- Strong expertise in
SystemVerilog
and
UVM
.
- Extensive experience with
SoC Verification
.
- Solid understanding of
Low Power verification
(UPF/CPF or equivalent).
- Experience with industry-standard simulators and verification methodologies.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
