What You’ll Be Doing...
- Manage the inventory and lifecycle of devices (laptops, mobile phones, POS terminals and event/testing equipment): preparation, configuration, delivery, retrieval and secure disposal.
- Coordinate the technology side of onboarding, role changes and offboarding: accounts, access, groups, licenses and SaaS tools.
- Act as the single point of contact for Helpdesk, providing first- and second-line support and managing incidents through a ticketing tool.
- Resolve issues related to devices, accounts, MFA, applications, Wi-Fi, printers, peripherals and meeting rooms, escalating when needed.
- Maintain and document the offi
