Overview of the Team

The Global Commissions team is a small, high-impact team based, currently composed of two core members. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales commissions process globally,



including data management, calculations, reporting, and stakeholder support.

The team works very closely with Finance, Sales, HR, and senior leadership (including ELT), especially during commission plan design and implementation cycles. The team is highly dynamic and involved in both operational execution and strategic initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support the Commissions team in the administration and execution of integral commission processes, as well as broader treasury-related activities.

This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to commission plan operations, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with senior team members and multiple stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and HR.
