We are looking for an experienced
Product Owner
to drive the product strategy, backlog management, and technical delivery for our
Sales Automation
initiative.

In this role, you will bridge business strategy and technical execution across complex domains including Sales Compensation, WXP platform management, SFDC MDM integrations, and MSP entitlement flows. You will be responsible for managing a dual-program backlog and coordinating cross-functional deliverable roadmaps across multiple vendor teams.

Responsibilities:
- Backlog & Feature Management:
Own, prioritize, and refine a dual-program product backlog, converting complex business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Sales Compensation Domain Leadership:
Define and manage business logic around Sales Compensation rules, including New vs. Renewal structures, Quota tracking, and Credit calculation/allocation.
- WXP Platform Management:
Drive WXP-led sales enablement capabilities, managing domain flows across Customer Master, Product Master, Subscription modules,



and transactional upfront billing models.
- SFDC & MDM Integration:
Ensure high data integrity and Credit Accuracy through hands-on alignment with SFDC Master Data Management (MDM) integration points.
- Channel & MSP Architecture:
Define and optimize end-to-end Managed Service Provider (MSP) entitlement flows and Partner tier management logic.
- Cross-Vendor Delivery:
Lead alignment sessions, sprint planning, and backlog refinements across multiple external vendors and internal delivery teams.

Job requirements:

Essential (Must-Have):
- Education:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Sales Compensation Rules (MUST):
Deep functional understanding and hands-on experience with Sales Compensation structures (New vs. Renewal rules, Quotas, and Credit allocation models).
