We are looking for an experienced
Warehouse Manager
to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and further development of our warehouse operations near
Pamplona, Spain
.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the beginning of a
new operation in Spain
and play a key role in establishing efficient, safe and high-performing warehouse processes.

You will be responsible for the overall warehouse operation, including receiving, storage, distribution, inventory control, team management, operational performance and continuous improvement. The objective is to ensure efficient operations, accurate inventory and consistently high standards of service, quality and safety.

As this is a
new CBS Global operation and country location
, the position also offers a broader business exposure.



The Warehouse Manager will work closely with the
Business Unit Head
and may represent or support them during selected customer meetings, site visits and business development activities.

Your responsibilities
- Manage the warehouse in line with company policies, operational standards and business objectives
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Establish and optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation
- Implement, coordinate and continuously improve operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable warehousing, handling, shipping and
Health & Safety requirements
- Manage stock control and ensure accurate reconciliation with warehouse/data management systems
- Coordinate additional warehouse-related activities and services, including
EV charging and maintenance
- Prepare and manage the annual warehouse budget
