As a Backend Engineer, you will work in one of the product teams by providing services and solutions that would help millions of users.

What You'll Do:
- ?Lead technical direction within your product team, architecting scalable solutions that support millions of users.
- ? You will work closely together with the team to analyze problems and define hypotheses to solve them, even being able to propose solutions with ambiguity.
- ? Those hypotheses will be validated through iterative solutions, experimentation,



and a fail-fast culture.
- ? Be a driver of technical evolution within the Backend community, identifying and introducing emerging technologies and best practices from the industry to continuously raise the engineering bar across the organization.
- ? Align between several teams is important to provide solutions that could fit all stakeholders at the right moment.
- ? You will mentor other engineers, lead technical design reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence
- ? You will take ownership of cross-team initiatives, bridging the gap between product strategy and technical implementation.
- ?️ You will think beyond the backend: understanding the full end-to-end product experience and ensuring technical decisions are grounded in business and user impact.

What We’re Looking For

of experience in backend development, with significant experience in high-scale distr
