As a Property Manager, you will join a multidisciplinary team managing real estate assets (mainly offices, logistics, and retail) for national and international clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of real estate assets and coordinating the internal team working on them (e.g., technical, administrative, financial, marketing/customer experience, and/or on-site staff, if applicable).
Main client point of contact for assigned assets, ensuring smooth communication between the client and C&W.;
Thorough knowledge of the management mandate agreed with the client and supervision of its tasks, including tracking and supervising the billing and collection of management fees.
Ultimate responsibility for client reporting, in coordination with Client Finance & Lease Management, ensuring all reports are sent on time.




Coordinating the preparation and supervision of each asset's business plan regarding income and expenses.
Collaborating with other C&W; departments involved in the asset (e.g., Agency, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services).
Main coordinator and contact person for third parties designated by the ownership: lawyers, appraisers, tax advisors, technical collaborators, etc.
Coordinating and/or participating in asset visits with appraisers, potential buyers, auditors, etc.
Coordinating asset transitions for new mandates or buy-sell operations.
Any other task required to ensure compliance with C&W; obligations under assigned mandates.
Budget tracking, expense control, and ultimate responsibility for budget compliance.
Bidding and managing soft services: cleaning, security, gardening, waste management, insurance, etc.
Managing and tracking insurance claims until closure.
