Key Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision and guidance to all station personnel while managing day-to-day operational workflows.
Oversee inventory control, monitor sales performance, and conduct precise cash reconciliation procedures.
Guarantee strict adherence to all safety protocols and established company policies across all activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and managing service escalations.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management for strategic review.
