What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document requests for assistance, and coordinate the appropriate response with on-site personnel and emergency services as directed.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, access-related records, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating timely information to appropriate personnel.
