Wealth Management & Insurance is looking for a Senior AI Transformation based out of Madrid.
You will partner with business, Data & AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, redesign processes, embed safe and effective prompting practices, and scale solutions such as Copilot, agents and AI-enabled automation across Private Banking, Asset Management, Insurance and Support Functions.

Define and execute AI transformation plans for one or more WM&I; domains, ensuring alignment with business priorities, platform strategy and governance expectations.
Identify, qualify and prioritise AI use cases across the wealth lifecycle, including banker productivity, advisory support, knowledge management, document automation, operational efficiency and control en
