This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Spain.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of a strategic fintech product, from initial discovery and vision through MVP delivery, launch, and continued growth.
You’ll translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into a clear product strategy and actionable roadmap.
Working closely with engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders, customers, and external partners, you’ll lead cross-functional teams toward meaningful outcomes.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product management, including discovery, backlog prioritization, delivery, performance measurement, and optimization.
You’ll have a direct influence on products serving the rapidly evolving financial services ecosystem, with opportunities to work across areas such as payments, KYC/KYB, banking, and SaaS.

Accountabilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, objectives, and long-term roadmap for a strategic fintech product.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities through customer conversations, user research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
Define and validate MVP scope, ensuring a strong balance between customer value, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
Own the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery, launch, optimization, and scaling.
Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, product strategy, and technical feasibility.
