Opportunity Overview:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting all aspects of store operations. You'll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, execute operational excellence, and ensure the store consistently reflects the POP MART brand.

As a leader, you'll coach and develop team members, inspire a customer-first culture, and help create memorable experiences for collectors and first-time visitors alike. You'll also oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and business performance while serving as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
