Platform Success Manager
The Platform Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for ensuring that digital platform capabilities generate measurable business value. Acting as the bridge between business leaders, regional sales leader, Country teams,



and General Platform Business, the PSM drives platform adoption, utilisation, business transformation, and execution excellence for the assigned global platform initiative. The role translates platform capabilities into material business outcomes and supports the organisation’s journey toward becoming a Platform Company.
What You'll Do
Drive adoption and utilization of Xvantage™, CRM, IDA, Zendesk, and other platform capabilities.
Partner with country and regional leaders to align platform initiatives with business goals.
Lead onboarding and enablement activities for standardized platform processes.
Champion process harmonization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Coach teams on maximizing platform capabilities to improve productivity and performance.
Monitor adoption and business impact metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
