Job Summary:
Supermicro Computer, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Director to spearhead new business development efforts for our AI infrastructure and Data-Centric Building Block Solutions (DCBBS). This senior-level role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with deep industry expertise, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proven ability to engage large-scale datacenter and hyperscale customers.





The successful candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in technology sales and business development, with a strong focus on AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and data center infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Supermicro’s presence in the AI market by securing key partnerships across datacenter users, owners, operators, and builders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across Supermicro’s AI infrastructure offerings, including DCBBS.
Engage prospective clients and partners with consultative insight, aligning solutions with their AI workload and infrastructure objectives.
Lead full-cycle project efforts—from prospecting and executive engagement to proposal development and deal closure.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Logistics) to deliver integrated solutions.
