- l:This role leads CRM and loyalty strategy from business alignment through activation. You will define the customer engagement model, translate business goals into lifecycle and retention journeys, and support clients in shaping CRM and loyalty programs that drive acquisition, cross-sell, repeat engagement and win-bac
- k.The role sits on the strategy side, not the technical operator side, but requires a strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, data architecture, triggers, segmentation and personalizatio
- n.You will work across channels such as email, SMS, app, web, social, call center, offline and intermediary touchpoints, helping design campaigns, automated journeys, engagement mechanics, gamification concepts and partnership-based loyalty activation
- s.You will also define KPI frameworks for engagement, retention, CLV/LTV and reactivation, and use performance insights to continuously improve the progra
