An opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in area of Eurofighter RHW (Combat Spain) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, to be based in Getafe (Madrid).
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Perform and update documentation and technical instruction according to design changes, improvements, process modification, implementation of innovation solutions, 3D Work Orders...
Provide shop floor support in order to solve issues during manufacturing processes.
Work with the Material Review Board (MRB). Disposition to defects, HNCs, Waivers...
Co-design with design office, in order to improve and approve new designs, MCA, RFA...
To be part of multi functional team, to solve all issues come up in manufacturing line.
Manufacturing structure and process, associated domunentation (work order, technical instruction, job card...), updated process.
Manufacturing feedback (OSF, KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving).




Create and develop competitive and mature technologies in support of new needs.
Assess and adapt new technologies to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.
Product configuration awareness.
Future business requirements.
New manufacturing process based on new technology solution.

*Experience: * At least 3-5 years in Manufacturing, Engineering or Design

*Technical knowledge* : CATIA, Sipla, SAP, MEP, DBC, DMU4D, 3DAV...
