About the Position




We are looking for aHead of FP&Ato; join our Finance team and take the ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic reporting for Toloka. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive and a strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can partner with various departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. You will work closely with leadership, the Reporting and Controls Manager, and operational stakeholders across all business units with direct impact on business planning, investor readiness, and strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead the consolidated annual budgeting process and quarterly reviews, working closely with the Finance Director.
- Own the in-year forecasting cycle, including more frequent rolling re-forecasting.
- Provide variance analysis, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making.
