Job Title: Team Lead – Digitalisation Europe

Position, Location, Department: Full-time | Madrid, Munich, London | Digitalisation Europe

Position Summary: The Team Lead – Digitalisation is responsible for leading and advancing the company’s digital transformation initiatives across the photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business. This role focuses on enabling end‑to‑end digitalisation across the value chain, including sales, project delivery, supply chain, and after‑sales services, to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data‑driven decision‑making. The role combines people leadership and functional leadership, translating functional strategy and business priorities into day‑to‑day execution. The Team Lead drives operational excellence, supports cross‑functional collaboration, and develops team capabilities to meet business objectives.



This role is based in either Madrid, Munich, or London with 50% home office.

Reporting Line: Reports to Vice President Europe

- Lead and manage the digital transformation team, including digital product managers, analysts, and technical specialists
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and development support to team members
- Plan team capacity, allocate resources, and ensure delivery against agreed priorities
