About the Role:
As

Sales Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in

supporting the sales process

by ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of orders and customer inquiries. This position involves

daily order booking, margin control, and the preparation of offers based on predefined criteria . The specialist monitors backlog reports, delivery blocks, and ETA requests, while also managing complaints in

collaboration with European internal sales and after-sales teams .




Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the

daily booking of orders

as well as the efficient and professional processing of all internal and external inquiries in our ticket system
Order processing and management
Independent

margin control
Preparation of offers

based on predefined specifications
Monitoring and control of backlog reports , delivery blocks, ship and debit conditions and processing of ETA requests
Processing of complaints in cooperation

with the internal sales department and after-sales management
Department specific

administrative activities
Close cooperation with the

European internal sales department and team leaders
Observe the

workload in various mailboxes

(RMT resolver groups) and discuss any necessary measures with the team leader
Independent

completion of assigned special tasks

in regular coordination with the team leader
