Our client is a Spanish multinational company headquartered in Barcelona, specializing in the fashion and fragrance industry.

¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Analyze tax treatment for any new transaction or flow (direct and indirect taxes).
- Perform regular reviews/audits to ensure tax treatment is properly applied.
- Be aware of any new tax regulation, Cour resolution or ruling that may have an impact on the business and anticipate recommendations.
- Support to Accounting in the preparation of regular tax returns.
- Ensure proper tax accounting model.
- VAT tax codes definition
- Preparation of certain tax returns.
- Review tax returns prepared by externals.
- Coordinate and support Subsidiaries managed directly from HQ's for tax related matters.
- Calculate Corporate income Tax monthly accruals and annual budget.
- Manage tax communications with tax Authorities and tax audits.




- Provide tax data for general tax reporting purposes including Pilar 2, Country by country reporting and total tax contributions.
- Prepare annual summary of related interco transactions for transfer pricing purposes.
- Manage subsidiaries integrations.
- Develop controls, automation and improvements on IT systems.
- Identify and implement new logistic flows.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Tax department or CPA firm.
- Education: Administration and Business Management or Economics.
- Languages: English required, Spanish preferred but not mandatory. Additional languages are considered an asset
