The Role

Absolute Internship is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for our Faculty Led and Custom Programs, focusing on the Southern Europe region. This role owns the planning, coordination, and execution of custom university programs from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is systematic, logistics-focused, and excels at creating efficient itineraries that align with educational goals. Creative, tech-savvy, and adaptable, you will thrive in a dynamic environment focused on process improvement and delivering world-class academic travel experiences within time and budget constraints. You will work closely with the Faculty-Led, Custom Program Manager, internal teams,



and university faculty.
