About the role

We are looking for a Senior Packaging and Print Designer with strong technical expertise and a sharp eye for detail. This role combines high-level design thinking with deep knowledge of print production and packaging systems.

You will play a key role in developing visually compelling packaging solutions aligned with brand strategy, while ensuring technical accuracy across materials, formats, and production processes. The idóneo candidate is both creative and highly organized,



able to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.

Key responsibilities
- Design and develop visual materials that align with each brand’s identity, ensuring aesthetic consistency, visual impact, and international relevance.
- Supervise and mentor members of the design team, maintaining high creative and production standards throughout every project stage.
- Create visual assets for Retail (POS), Print, Packaging, and OOH (Out of Home) channels.
- Provide strong visual direction for campaigns and key brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and values.
- Research and identify emerging design and packaging trends to keep our brands visually innovative and competitive.
- Bring fresh, bold ideas that challenge convention and expand creative boundaries, always staying true to the brand’s purpose.
