Engineering Manager for Utility-Scale Solar PV & BESS
You will play a pivotal role in the execution of our global project pipeline. You will oversee the entire engineering lifecycle, from initial design through to construction, commissioning, and final operational handover. While based in Spain, this position offers an exciting opportunity for international travel to project sites,



ensuring engineering excellence on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams encompassing civil, electrical, structural, SCADA, telecommunications, and grid integration disciplines.
- Project Delivery: Drive and oversee all engineering activities for utility-scale PV and BESS projects, managing schedules, resource allocation, and technical interfaces with construction and commissioning teams.
- Quality & Compliance: Review, validate, and approve high-level engineering deliverables, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications, ensuring strict compliance with applicable international standards, grid codes, and contractual requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, external consultants, lenders' engineers, utilities, and regulatory authorities.
