JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main responsibilities:

-
- Assisting CRAs in their routine work;
- completing submission of documents to the Regulatory Authority (including safety reports) when required;
- reporting safety data to Sponsor’s Pharmacovigilance Department and providing assistance when required;
- performing remote monitoring and site management;
- collecting, reviewing and tracking regulatory documents when required;
- performing translations (only in case of appropriate education);
- assisting with the completing of study specific documents, annotated Case Report Forms (CRFs), tracking forms, and other study
- related documents;
- participating in study specific training;
- providing status updates to CRAs and Project Manager;
- participating in the preparation and coordination of investigator meetings;

You have:





-
- Fluency in English and local language (written and spoken);
- higher education (a degree in science or a related field would be an asset);
- knowledge of ICH-GCP and national regulations related to clinical trials;
- good to excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- computer literacy: skills of proficient work with MS Office;
- good to excellent organizational, record retention, decision making, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
