Your new role

As Compliance and Legal Officer, you will play a central role in safeguarding Lundbeck's operations across Spain and Portugal. You will ensure that local activities are fully aligned with global policies and local regulatory frameworks, while actively supporting the business in navigating complex compliance landscapes.

You will oversee compliance processes, manage risk assessments, and review key business activities,



including CRM entries and legal documentation. In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor to the affiliate, providing guidance that enables compliant and responsible decision:making.

This role offers a unique combination of operational responsibility, strategic influence, and cross:functional collaboration, with direct exposure to both local leadership and integral compliance teams.

The position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Your future team

Compliance and Legal is part of Lundbeck Iberia, and our office is located in Barcelona. You will work closely with the Managing Director, the Iberian Leadership Team, and colleagues across functions such as Commercial and Medical.
