Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLESupport customs and transport operations across Romania, Ukraine, and Bulgaria.

Coordinate with customs brokers and local teams, manage import/export and transit procedures, review customs documentation, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.





Provide operational support during project execution and facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and authorities.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 3 years of experience in customs, transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and trade compliance.Experience working with customs brokers, forwarding companies, or industrial projects.Understanding of EU-East customs regulations and international trade terminology.Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian (Romanian is a plus).Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.Able to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work life balance.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
