You will join the TRISON team within the Follow Up Department as an Installations Follow Up Technician at our office in Cervelló, Barcelona.

What will be your mission?

To monitor installations and projects, ensuring deadlines are met while efficiently coordinating relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What will your day-to-day life as a Installations Follow Up?
- Managing incidents and issues related to national and international suppliers.




- Monitoring and coordinating subcontractors.
- Following up on technical breakdowns and coordinating communications with clients.
- Providing telephone and remote support.
- Supporting installation teams with access management to customer sites.
- Coordinating with different internal departments and external collaborators.

What do we expect from you?
- Vocational training related to Administration, Audiovisual Technology, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or similar position.
- Previous experience in the audiovisual or construction sector will be considered a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Planning, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
