The purpose of this role is simple: To design, build and lead a world‑class admissions and growth function that consistently attracts more high‑quality families, increases student enrolment, strengthens the school’s brand and creates an outstanding admissions experience.

This is not a traditional Head of Admissions position.

We are looking for a commercially minded leader capable of integrating Admissions, Marketing, CRM, Digital Strategy, Artificial Intelligence and Automation into one high‑performing growth engine.

Success will be measured through measurable business results rather than activity.

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase both the quantity and quality of admissions enquiries.
