We are looking for a Partner Services Manager to join our Partner Account Management DACH team. This operational, strategic position sits at the intersection of process engineering, product expertise, and partner enablement. It requires someone who owns outcomes, not just tasks.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of committed business partners (IT resellers, HR consultancies, accounting firms, technology distributors) who sell, implement, and support Factorial.
- Own the technical enablement and onboarding lifecycle for our partner ecosystem.
- Design and deliver structured training and certification frameworks to get new Expert Partners up to speed.
- Build and execute advanced continuous training modules, masterclasses, and webinars.
- Own, teach, and audit a structured, high‑quality implementation process for all partner‑managed clients.
- Investigate, design,



and build systems that allow partners to offer and deliver services to Factorial customers.
- Track delivery metrics, implementation data, and velocity to guarantee a premium onboarding experience.
- Drive partners to fully activate their customers and achieve business outcomes.
- Proactively monitor active partner setups, spot configuration risks early, and implement structural fixes to prevent churn and down‑sell.
- Build internal tools, templates, playbooks to turn complex product workflows into repeatable training modules.
- Translate technical partner feedback into insights that shape Factorial’s core product roadmap.

Qualifications

- Ownership mindset with radical process ownership.
- Ability to manage across and externally with deep platform understanding.
- Root‑cause diagnostic skill for partner knowledge gaps and onboarding blockers.
- Data‑driven and analytical, comfortable with operational data, timelines, KPIs.
