Field Service Technician

Location: Poland, Virtual

About the Role

NCR Atleos is seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ATMs and related self-service banking devices. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring high availability of customer equipment, delivering exceptional service, and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

This position requires a hands-on professional who can work independently in the field, diagnose technical issues, manage customer expectations, and maintain strong relationships with customers and third-party service providers.



The role involves regular travel within South Africa and participation in standby and shift rotations as required.

Position Summary

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and support of ATMs and related devices across assigned territories. The role focuses on equipment uptime, service excellence, timely issue resolution, and adherence to operational and safety procedures.

The incumbent will troubleshoot hardware-related issues, provide multi-vendor maintenance services, maintain accurate service records, manage spare parts inventory through mobile applications, and communicate effectively with customers throughout the service lifecycle.
