A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Idoven is a rare combination: a technically strong engineer who thrives at the intersection of tech and client. You will be embedded — sometimes literally — in our most critical client accounts, helping them integrate, configure, and scale Idoven's AI platform within their own infrastructure and clinical workflows.
La descripción completa del puesto cubre todas las habilidades asociadas, la experiencia previa y cualquier cualificación que se espera que tengan los solicitantes.
This is not a support role. You will be a technical advisor, integration partner, and trusted problem-solver for clients like integral medtech companies and pharma running large-scale clinical programs. You will work directly with client engineering and clinical teams, attend key meetings, and make implementation decisions on the ground — then bring those learnings back to shape Idoven's product and roadmap.
What You’ll Do
-
- Lead technical integration projects with strategic clients: understand their infrastructure, design integration architectures,
and drive implementations to completion.
- Customize and configure Idoven's platform for client-specific clinical use cases and deployment environments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in live client environments — sometimes under time pressure.
- Attend client meetings alongside commercial and clinical teams; provide technical credibility and translate AI capabilities into clinical and business value.
- Build integration documentation, technical runbooks, and reusable assets that enable clients to scale without constant Idoven involvement.
- Act as a feedback loop: surface product gaps, integration challenges, and technical debt back to Idoven's engineering and product teams.
- Collaborate with the solutions engineering and clinical teams to improve the platform's scalability and configurability.
Qualifications
-
- +5 years of a mix of solutions engineering experience and client facing role
